Peachbread is a team of 3 friends with a history of developing smaller games and working together on game jams. We have strong backgrounds in computer science but have each long taken an interest in many aspects of game development, and enjoy a wide variety of games and media genres that inform our unique mix of creative tastes. We decided to join Tranzfuser this summer to develop our business skills and turn our passion into a viable full-time endeavour, with GravRiders as our most ambitious project yet and our first commercial game.
About the project
| GravRiders is a futuristic, 3D racing game where you ride gravity-manipulating hoverboards across the mind-boggling landscape of a vibrant metropolis. Playing as the street racer duo Jett and Flo, you can weave through pedestrians and traffic at reckless speeds or go vertical and blaze your own path along the vast architecture of the city using the power of your stolen Gravboards. Unlock new tracks as you play through a fun and fast narrative campaign where you’ll butt heads with the evil corporation that controls Smog City. You’ll also be able to face rivals both in the story mode and on the online leaderboards, where you can challenge your friends for the best times and complete challenges to discover new characters, cosmetics and gravboards to customise your racers. With quick, responsive movement that defies gravity, and stylish tricks that ramp up your speed as you fly across the skies and chain together greater combos, every run through a level will be different. |

Tranzfuser means a lot to us as a team who've always been really interested in entering the indie game space, but are lacking the entrepreneurial skills needed to set ourselves up for the best chance of success. We aren't an established games company yet, and we see the resources that the Tranzfuser programme provides as an incredible opportunity for us to level up both as a business and as creatives. We plan to give it our all and really get the most that we can out of this summer!
